Tabasom was born in 1980 in Tehran, Iran, and studied International Affairs and Applied Art at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Since 2002, her work is contributed for philanthropy in charities such as Make a Wish Charity Foundation for children, Unity on the Bay charity auction to feed the homeless and spiritual, chiropractic and health centers.  Her work is showcased in galleries with international recognition as featured artist for Art Basel Miami at Art Fusion Galleries, Georgetown University exhibit, Frame Art Gallery, SOMIArtWalk, Brickell ArtWalk, Coconut Grove ArtWalk and Mogra Gallery. Installations also include Park Slope, New York. Tabasom’s work blends methods of Pop Art with craft-making to create a unique style of “jewelry on canvas.” Her work explores balancing of colors and textures with the purpose of art therapy.  www.tabasomart.com


Tabasom continues to work on paintings and recently launched an art merchandising business, TJSOURCE with her husband and business partner, Jose.  https://www.etsy.com/shop/TJSource .  She recently auditioned for the hit TV Show Shark Tank to find an investor for their collection of over 100 art products.  They participate in fashion shows as designers for events such as Miami Swim Week at Nikki Beach, to showcase their collection of art dresses and bathing suites with matching handbags and accessories. Her goal is TV sales to proliferate the art therapy goods to the general public.  Tabasom resides in Miami, FL.
